My name is Nick Basford. As an existential therapist it is my role to help the client unlock their true potential by solving and healing any emotional blocks that are hindering his or her life.
My specialised techniques deal with trauma, grief, broken relationships, PTSD (Post
Traumatic Stress Syndrome), addictions, anxiety, depression, phobias or any other
existential crisis the person has found themselves in.
INDIVIDUAL COUNSELLING
By using certain psychological and intuitive techniques based on the client’s needs it is
essential to give voice and integrate the shadow part of themselves into full awareness,
thereby giving their life true meaning.
HYPNOTHERAPY
While “under hypnosis,” an individual becomes more “open” to the hypnotherapist’s suggestions and
guidance. As a result, he or she is able to make positive changes in his or her life.
FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS
This is a profound therapeutic, healing modality that complements the therapeutic
process. It essentially deals with troubled family dynamics past and present.
REIKI
Reiki is a simple natural and safe method of energy healing that deals with harmonizing the mind, body and spirit.
WRITING THERAPY
By truthfully writing down your emotional pain you are in effect writing it out of your life
and creating the real story of who you really are.
