The Central Coast NSW has plenty to offer when it comes to fishing.
The Coasts best spots are going to be revealed here.
If you have a boat or not, it doesn't matter as the Central Coast has it all.

No.1 - Rip Bridge Fishing Spots

The "Rip Bridge" located in Ettalong, The bridge connects the Booker Bay area with Daleys Point. These two areas: Booker Bay & Daleys Point are well known for fish in the area due to the strong currents that feed through the bridge. Flathead is a very common fish here.

No.2 - Brisbane Water Fishing Spots

The Brisbane Water area that runs through the suburbs of Empire Bay, Davistown, Saratoga, St Huberts Island, Kincumber South,  and around the islands of: Pelican Island and Rileys Island are good areas on a boat, these are also great fishing spots too.
We then head more inland where you'll find yourself near the capital of the Central Coast - Gosford.
The Brisbane water is quite a big area within the Central Coast, many suburbs sit around the Gosford Basin of the Brisbane Water.
Fishing spots within the basin can be found at: Koolewong, Tascott, Point Clare, Point Frederick, Caroline Bay, Lions Park and well known Headland Points such as: Peeks Point, Noonan Point and Ironbark Point. The Brisbane Water is such a large area, where you can explore so many different fishing spots on the coast.

No.3 - Tuggerah Lake Fishing Spots

As we head up the coast, we come across the very large lake of "Tuggerah Lake" or also known as "The Entrance Lake". Here you have a massive area that attracts all types of fish. The main areas for Shore Fishing Spots on the Lake are: Killarney Vale, Long Jetty, The Entrance, Berkeley Vale, Chittaway Bay, Tuggerah, Along the Wyong River, Rocky Point (Wyong), Karraganbah Point (Wyong), Wyongah Boat Ramp, Pipeclay Point (Wyongah/Kanwal), Wallarah Point (Toukley), Magenta Shores and The North Entrance.

No.4 - Lake Munmorah - Budgewoi Lake Fishing Spots

Further north we come to another great selection of fishing spots. Beyond Tuggerah Lake we come across "Lake Munmorah", this lake is smaller than Tuggerah Lake but also has plenty of fishing spots to offer. A well known area/town here is Budgewoi. Budgewoi has many fishing spots near the lake. The first fishing spot we would like to mention is: "Budgewoi Footbridge" this little bridge is a good spot to cast a fishing line, Another good spot is "Dunkey Island" which is where the footbridge ends up. This island is surrounded by good Fishing Spots, especially onto Budgewoi Creek.
We will now leave Budgewoi and head north around the perimeter of Lake Munmorah, as we head up by "Elizabeth bay Drive" we come to "Rutile Trail" this trail runs along the water edge of Lake Munmorah, off here you can find many Fishing Spots to cast off.
Further north of the lake we come to "Elizabeth Bay Boat Ramp (Elizabeth Park) ", this Fishing Spot is convenient as you can park up the car and cast away off/near the boating ramp.
On the far side of the lake we have some well known Fishing Spots of "Colongra Point" and "Taylor Point" these two location are easily accessible by car/bike.

Land Based Fishing Off Wharf's/Jetty's are plentiful here on the Central Coast NSW, Here we will list some of the many Fishing Wharf/Jetty's on the Coast.
 

Kincumber Fishing Jetty Wharf

Kincumber Jetty / Wharf has plenty of space as it is long and finishes with a T-Top platform wharf. There is also plenty of parking available right near the Jetty/Wharf. This Fishing Wharf/Jetty is located just behind the "Kincumber Hotel" at the end of Carrack Road. Kincumber Jetty/Wharf also has a Boat Ramp at this location.

Saratoga Fishing Jetty Wharf

Saratoga has 3 Fishing Jetty's within the area. The first location is on Henderson Road where the Saratoga Ferry departs, this location consists of a floating pontoon wharf/jetty with plenty of space for fishing. The second location is at Jirramba Avenue, this Fishing Jetty/Wharf is long and has plenty of space along the walk in area of the Jetty/Wharf. 
The 3rd Jetty/Wharf is located at Bay View Wharf Lane just off Steyne Road in Saratoga, this jetty is also long and has plenty of space along the jetty area. parking is also plentiful in all 3 of these jetty's/wharf's.

Davistown Fishing Jetty Wharf - Central

 A new wharf has been updated in the heart of Davistown (Central RSL Wharf). This wharf is a floating pontoon located near "The Ferryman Cafe".
Plenty of parking is available here along with plenty of room on the pontoon itself for multiple fishing.
This Jetty Wharf is located at the end of "Davistown Road" in Davistown.
Be aware that the local ferry docks here to pick and drop off passengers on a regular basis during the day.

Lintern Street Wharf in Davistown is located on the far west side of Davistown itself.
This Jetty/Wharf has plenty of space to fish off of. This Jetty/wharf is a T type platform giving ample space for plenty of fisherman.
Lintern Street Jetty/Wharf has plenty of parking available for vehicles with boat trailers. Lintern Street Boat ramp is easily accessible and is popular as it is the closest to the Brisbane Water.

Gosford Fishing Jetty Public Wharf

Gosford Public Wharf is located just off of Drifters Wharf Bar & Restaurant (the old Iguana Joe's Restaurant) and just down from "Eat Street Cafe". You can find a park here outside the building or accross the road near the new Gosford Leagues Club Park / Gosford City Park.
This is a breakwall type Wharf/Jetty. There is plenty of room here to cast a line, or to just admire the view from this Jetty.

St Hubert's Island Fishing Jetty Wharf -

Located off Luderick Avenue, this is the only Boat Ramp located on St Huberts Island. Plenty of parking is available along Nautilus Cresent.
 

Long Jetty Fishing Jetty Wharf

Long Jetty is situated just about in the middle of the Central Coast, it is best known for their Cafes, and funky retro Food and Drink Bars.
Long Jetty Wharf is a well known spot located on The Entrance Lake. The Jetty/Wharf is aproximately 351 metres in length, So there is plenty of space to cast a line here.
Plenty of parking is available along Tuggerah Parade.

Gosford Fishing Spots

Where Can I Fish In Gosford?
Gosford Waterfront has many areas where you can cast a line.
Fishing near Graham Park. Graham Park is located near Brian Mcgowan Bridge accross from the Central Coast Stadium, Plenty of parking is available here.
Near the Coast Bar & Grill Restaurant on the Gosford Waterfront, A pier is located here where you can Fish from.
The Gosford Boat Ramp near Eat Street Cafe has plenty of parking for your Boat Trailer and Vehicle, A Pier is located here for Fishing off of also.
Masons Parade has plenty of parking and designated Public Car Park near the Gosford Sailing Club. Easy access to the waterfront here for Fishing.
The Gosford Waterfront has plenty of Fishing Spots available and Parking is plentiful.

Terrigal Fishing Spots

Terrigal Haven has plenty of areas for fishing.
Terrigal Haven Boat Ramp has plenty of parking for your boat trailer and vehicle. Terrigal Haven Bay area near the Boat Ramp has plenty of beach area to cast a line from.
Terrigal Point is a great spot to cast a line from as you can stand on the rock point.
Terrigal Haven has a massive Rock Shelf that runs all allong the north side of the Haven. Rock fising is very popular here also.

Pelican Point Fishing Spots

Pelican Point near Soldiers Beach & Pelican Beach is a great spot for Rock Fishing.

The Entrance Fishing Spots

The Entrance Channel
The Entrance Channel can be a great spot for in water fishing when the tides are low. As the mouth of the channel enters the ocean you can find many species of fish entering and exiting The Entrance Lake. 

The Entrance Lake
Is a vast area, this is great for fishing from many land based locations. If you have a boat...well even better as many different fish species are caught here daily by local fisherman.

North Entrance Beach
The North Entrance Beach is long...very long in fact, this location is great for Beach Fishing.
